1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as the foundation for operating the tk999 wintk platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and tk999 wintk. 3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If unauthorised access occurs or your password has been changed suspiciously, you must notify our support team immediately. The platform will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to report in time.

• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi or on shared devices.
• Log out properly after each session.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on tk999 wintk can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No fixed maximum limit is stated, but unusually large transactions may be subject to additional verification.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tk999 wintk offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before winnings from it can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

Another example: If you deposit ৳10,200 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,200 — the wagering requirement will be ৳5,000 × 15 = ৳75,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses are not equivalent to cash — they cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the wagering requirements.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when betting with bonus funds.
• Any bonus offer must be activated within a specified period — the bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

tk999 wintk offers three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on that week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

Example: If a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on tk999 wintk are governed by the following general rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tk999 wintk reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake for the related bet will be returned.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the related winnings may be held until an investigation is completed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for slots and live casino games will be displayed in the game interface.
• The game software provider's own rules may apply as a supplement.

For sports betting — particularly cricket and football events — settlement of related bets may be held until an official result is announced.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk999 wintk platform and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

1. Using someone else's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
2. Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly by creating multiple accounts.
3. Using unauthorised software, bots, or automated systems to place bets.
4. Match-fixing or betting using inside information.
5. Using the platform for money laundering.
6. Deliberately exploiting system errors or incorrect odds.
7. Fraudulent behaviour towards or harassment of other users.
8. Using a false identity or forged documents.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by the Platform

tk999 wintk may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected on the account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the request is processed. The option to voluntarily close your account as part of responsible gaming is always available.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
